Substation Transformer Bid Documents
The City is soliciting bids for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary to manufacture and deliver one (1) 12/16/20 MVA Power Transformer for the City of Harbor Springs new distribution substation project. Overall project scope includes the construction of a single transformer distribution substation including one 4-bay open distribution bus, foundations, oil containment, control cabinet(s), plus protection & control systems. This transformer procurement contract includes manufacturing, factory and field testing, delivery, assembly, and vacuum filling (if required). The transformer shall be delivered and unloaded by the Seller on concrete foundation (prepared by Owner) at the project location. Requested delivery date is no later than October 1, 2025.
