Public Meeting – MDOT Request to Reroute M-119

The City is holding a public meeting on Thursday, March 9 @ 6:00 PM at City Hall to discuss a request by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) for the City’s opinion on rerouting M-119 from Main Street to Lake Street. This proposal would transfer jurisdiction of Lake Street to the State and Main Street to the City.

The purpose of the meeting is to gather the public’s questions and concerns. These questions and concerns will then be discussed at a future Council meeting so the City can prepare a formal response to MDOT.
