Merchants Walkway Bid Documents

The Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority is soliciting bids for its Merchants Walkway Project. The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of the Merchants Walkway including pavement, wall, and stair removal. Development includes construction for grading, storm drainage utility work, concrete walkway, decorative concrete, concrete wall, and concrete stair and railing. 

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Harbor Springs City Hall located at 160 Zoll Street, Harbor Springs, MI 49740, until Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 3:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
