Invitation to Bid – Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority Tree Replacement/Tree Grate Installation

The City of Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority/Principal Shopping District (DDA/PSD) is soliciting bids for the removal/replacement of at least 35 downtown trees. Project will also require the installation of tree grates and/or brick-paver surround, and/or electrical box upgrades.
