Harbormaster Building Schematic Design

The City of Harbor Springs hopes to build a new Harbormaster building within the next couple of years. Provided here is the approved schematic design for the new Harbormaster building. There are several more steps in the process before the City begins construction of the harbormaster building (such as bringing engineered plans before the Planning Commission, accepting a State grant for funds, and putting the project out to bid); however, the Harbor Commission would like to refresh residents’ memories of the architectural design and to be aware that this plan is moving forward.
