Invitation to Bid: Harbormaster Building Renovation — Dute Date Extended to July 2nd
The City of Harbor Springs is inviting qualified contractors to bid on the Harbormaster Building Renovation Project. The Project includes the renovation of the existing public bathrooms (to be turned into a laundry room and mechanical room), renovation of the existing boaters’ restrooms/showers and Harbormaster office, and the addition of public restrooms and associated site work. See bid documents below; due to the City of Harbor Springs, 160 Zoll Street, Harbor Springs, MI 49740 by July 2, 2024 at 4 pm.

G. Conditional award date: July 15, 2024.
H. Required Construction Start: September 9, 2024
