Meetings at City Hall
All City of Harbor Springs Boards and Commissions meetings are open to the public and held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 160 Zoll Street, Harbor Springs, MI 49740 unless otherwise posted. For your convenience, the public can also participate in these meetings via Zoom or watch them livestreamed on the City’s YouTube channel.
Meeting agendas, public hearing notices, notice of special meetings or meeting cancellations are posted online and at City Hall, as well as at the IGA grocery store and the Harbor Springs post office. Please see the below schedule for this year’s regularly scheduled meeting dates, times and locations for City Council, Board of Review, Downtown Development Authority, Fire Authority, Harbor Commission, Parks Board, Planning Commission, Redevelopment Ready Communities Committee, Tree Advisory Board, and the Zoning Board.
