Harbormaster Building Project: Invitation to Bid

The City of Harbor Springs is soliciting bids for the Harbormaster Building Project, which includes the renovation of the existing public bathrooms, the existing boaters’ restrooms/showers and the existing office, and the addition of public toilet rooms and associated site work.

PROCUREMENT TIMETABLE
A. Pre-Bid Site Tour: TBD
B. Last Request for Substitution Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids.
C. Last Request for Information Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids.
D. Bid Due Date: 2/21/25
E. Bids to be delivered to Harbor Springs City Hall
F. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 60 days after due date.
G. Conditional award date: 3/11/25
H. Required Construction Start: 9/2/25
I. Required Completion Date: 5/15/26
