Seeking Bids: Boardwalk Replacement Project
The City of Harbor Springs is soliciting bids for replacement of its boardwalk. Bids must be submitted to the office of Benchmark Engineering Inc., 607 East Lake Street, Harbor Springs, MI, by 10:00 AM on Wednesday January 25, 2023. The bids will be opened publicly. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal.
